Comunicato di ringraziamento rivolto allo staff di Roger Waters e a Free Assange Wave
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana intensa a sostegno della causa di Assange, coprendo le quattro date milanesi di This is not a drill, il tour di Roger Waters, e organizzando il riuscito presidio di domenica 2 aprile davanti al Consolato britannico di Milano.
Per noi è stata un'occasione per avvicinare migliaia di persone a questo tema che ogni giorno che passa si fa via via sempre più importante poiché "se le guerre possono cominciare con la menzogna, queste guerre si possono fermare con la verità". Sostenere Julian Assange significa sostenere la verità. Sostenere Julian Assange significa dare una possibilità alla pace.
Vogliamo ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno partecipato al presidio, chi ha prestato attenzione al nostro messaggio prima dei concerti e, in particolar modo, lo staff di Roger Waters e Free Assange Wave per averci donato questa possibilità.
Uniti facciamo la differenza.

We have just spent an intense week raising awareness over Julian Assange's plight among the huge crowds that attended the four concerts Roger Waters gave in Milan for his farewell tour "This is not a drill", plus organizing a successful rally for Julian on Sunday, 2 April, outside the British Consulate in Milan.
For us it was a great opportunity to help people realize how important to us all is the cause that Julian is fighting for: freedom of information. Because "if wars can be started with lies, they can be stopped with the truth". Supporting Julian Assange thus means supporting the truth and giving peace a chance.
We want to thank all those who took one of our fliers or spoke with us before the concerts, as well as all those who participated in Sunday's rally. In particular, we wish to thank the staff of Roger Waters and Free Assange Wave for giving us this opportunity.
